At Pilhamns Gårdar, we are looking for someone who wants to take a leading role in our care teams and be part of the development of our operations.

Your Role

As a nurse with us, you will play an important part in building and leading the care teams at Pilhamns Gårdar. All nurses share an office and have joint care responsibilities. Every fourth weekend, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire residence – during this time, there is also time allocated to meet with relatives. On other days, you will work closely with the teams in the departments, ensuring that the residents receive good and safe care. Together, you will develop work around person-centered care, participation, outdoor activities, and social content.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and contribute to building an operation focused on care, quality, and development. We particularly value that you have:

• An interest in a leadership role in the development of our operations.
• Confidence in making decisions and driving work forward based on professional assessments.
• The ability to collaborate and create motivation through participation.
• A response characterized by attentiveness and respect for every individual.

You are a licensed nurse and have experience working in care and support. It is advantageous if you have worked in assisted living, had care responsibilities, or experience in supervision.
